We are recruiting a Contracts Specialist, reporting directly to the Manager of the EMEA Contracts Team, to own and enforce the contracting process for all EMEA contracts, acting as the initial point of contact for Egencia's Sales team.

What You Will Do:

  • You will own the collection and routing of contracts and approvals through our DocuSign process
  • You will draft smaller local contract documents, perform initial redline review, some minor negotiations and project manage the redline review process with various internal partners including legal
  • You will assist on all aspects of contracting, from initial advice on contract terms, through to managing client-facing communications to helping to drive successful negotiations and deal closures in a highly visible role that enables the effectiveness and efficiency of our revenue producing teams in multiple countries
  • Work closely with Egencia’s legal counsel to coordinate the final stage of the contracting process, ensuring their execution in line with Egencia’s business practice and SOX policy
  • Handle, read and process contracts, maintaining the process documentation and providing training material and support for the sales teams

What You Bring:

  • You are adaptable, feel confident and comfortable working in autonomy in a dynamic and multicultural sales team. You are able to maintain composure in times of stress
  • You build very deep relationships with the sales team. You also act as a real mediator and facilitator with them, while keeping strong commitment to customer service
  • You are sensitive to new technologies. Ideally, you have experience in handling contracts and will have digital literacy on word, outlook, Salesforce, & DocuSign
  • You have strong skills in written documentation
  • You are well organised, pragmatic and you are able to work on different topics at a time. You also have keen attention to detail, you are a real teammate, biased to action and have high energy
  • Your main business language will be English and French. German would be a plus.
