Egencia are seeking a hands on Marketing Analytics Manager to play a key role in supporting, and influencing decisions based on data and insightful analyses to help achieve the (predominantly) the marketing function objectives, using advanced analytical techniques

What you’ll do:

  • You will work with the Marketing Group VP/Director to translate proposals into analytic work plans
  • You will be a practitioner of marketing analytics including but not limited to: Attribution modelling, Lifetime Value Analysis, Customer Profiles, Market Research, predictive modelling, campaign success modelling, survey analysis.
  • You perform hands-on analysis of large volumes of transaction and customer level data
  • You work with complex data structure, manipulate, cleanse data and perform statistical analysis
  • You will create case studies to promote Analytics expertise
  • You’ll define KPIs and measurement/tracking criteria for marketing automation, digital, prospect and customer marketing programs
  • You’ll define the data and reporting structure to monitor all aspects of these programs
  • You’ll dive deep into the data to provide analysis and key insights to make recommendations for program optimization and return on investment improvement

Who you are:

  • You have extensive experience in analytical online marketing for a B2B company, Fortune 500 preferred
  • You are experienced using Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Bizible, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • You possess excellent verbal, written communication, and data presentation skills
  • Solid knowledge in machine learning techniques such as Bayesian methods, clustering, decision trees, random forests, NLP etc., with experience in selecting features, building and optimizing, supervised versus unsupervised.
  • Superior problem-solving skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Advanced educational qualification in, and experience with, statistical modeling & analysis, complex computational methods & techniques is highly desirable
  • You have the ability to use advanced data access and extraction tools and methods, e.g., R, Python, SAS, SQL, OLAP, etc.
  • Familiarity with current technologies, e.g., Redshift, Qubole for large data set storage, processing and analysis is desirable
