Every single day millions of customers come to Hotels.com through websites like Google, Bing, Trip Advisor, Trivago, and Kayak to name a few. The Hotels.com Acquisition Marketing Team needs to understand their performance at various levels from these partners. In order to make correct decisions they need accurate data. This is where you come in. Your job is to creatively take detailed information from various different sources and figure out how to bring it together to build usable data structures at scale. You are the authority on all partner marketing data. You will work directly with the teams that handle Hotels.com Search Engine Marketing, Meta, Affiliate, and OLA partners.
This role isn’t about taking pre-packaged tightly written requirements with a set of acceptance criteria and delivering it to spec. This role is about co-creating solutions – how should we think about this problem? What does the implementation look like? How will we know when it is correct? Know that once your solution is delivered.
You will report to Hotels.com's Senior Manager of Technical Data Product and work closely with Acquisition Marketing Operations team.
