We are looking for a motivated, talented individual to join our Product Analytics Team that oversees 87 sites in 36 languages. This role will provide an invaluable opportunity for an individual to work with our various product teams, delivering actionable behavioural insights to enable informed product decisions to drive our shopping strategy. Your responsibilities will range from understanding the value of our shopping pages through exploratory analysis to working on high impact AB and multivariate (MVT) tests to drive the feature roadmap for these areas of the site.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the experimentation programme on our shopping pages, analysing tests and providing recommendations to business partners.
  • Carry out exploratory quantitative analysis on our site/apps to make recommendations for future product enhancements
  • Partner with people across the larger Product Analytics organization to enhance our toolset and testing methodologies
  • Assess the operating model between Product and Analytics, making recommendations for change when necessary, ensuring we deliver a best in class optimization programme.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in conversion optimization.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present the business value of analysis concisely and clearly.
  • Outstanding logical thinking, a strong background in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, physics, engineering, operations research, data science or similar, and a scientific approach to problem-solving (i.e. ability to ask the right questions and design appropriate analyses to answer them).
  • Good technical skills (comfortable with programming independently of platform or language and practical experience).
  • Strong interest in understanding how the business works at a systems level and a desire to learn about and evolve in a business environment strongly preferred.
  • A sharp focus on getting results and insights using the most practical and fastest approach (even if it’s not the most challenging or interesting for you).
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and be comfortable with a high level of ambiguity.
  • High energy and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Expertise in Web Analytics, with a preference for experience in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics Premium.
  • Experience with online experimentation via proprietary or off-the-shelf products (e.g. SiteSpect, Test&Target, Optimizely, Maxymizer etc.) (preferred).
