What you'll do/roles & responsibilities:

  • Lead your own portfolio of accounts
  • Work with the global team innovating new processes, strategies, and procedures
  • Build relationships through recurring contact with accounts
  • Work cross-departmentally to maximize realized revenue for the company
  • Build and foster relationships with corporate contacts and liaisons
  • Utilize various collections’ tools such as Oracle, Salesforce, and other web-based platforms

Who you are:

  • You have a minimum one-year collection, travel industry or sales experience preferred
  • You're ambitious, goal-oriented attitude
  • A dedicated individual who works with minimal direction
  • Will be able to speak and write fluently in English
  • Working knowledge of basic programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable, flexible, and ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
