Regional HR Manager, Germany, Austria & Switzerland
 

Do you have strong legal knowledge and practical experience in handling a range of HR topics in Germany. Do you have good understanding of how to create HR policies and training sessions to build the capability of managers? Do you have strong experience in managing ER cases? Do you want to expand your experience beyond Germany? We are looking for a team member to be responsible for all individual HR cases in Germany, Austria Switzerland as well HR process simplification, crisis management, manager capability building and legal compliance work.


What you’ll do:

  • Coach and support first time manager to senior leaders employee related issues;
  • Provide legal support and guidance to managers on difficult employment topics and handle the relevant legal processes;
  • Be the authority and consultant to the business and HR colleagues on employment topics
  • Build and implement training programmes to develop the capability of managers to manage their teams;
  • Be part of Global Projects with colleagues around the world to develop common practices and consistent approaches
  • Identify opportunities in HR Processes to drive improved effectiveness and employee experience
  • Accountable for legally compliant employment templates such as contracts and letters
  • Accountable for employee crisis management activities

  • Proven ability to build strong and positive relationships with partners
  • Deep understanding of German law and the roles/rights of Works Councils
  • Pragmatic and commercial, able to develop multiple options and assess risk
  • Strong Change Orientation
  • Love a fast paced environment and juggling multiple priorities
