Senior HR Program Manager

Are you organized, passionate and a creative thinker? This is an opportunity to be part of leading organizational change in the upcoming move of Expedia Group’s HQ. In this role you would be responsible for program managing the Human Resources aspect of the move.

WHO YOU ARE:  This is about more than being a great program/project manager. We’re looking for someone who can lead program management activities and partner on strategically thinking about the HR Move.


  • Experienced program manager
  • Build and articulate program plans into a cohesive story
  • Lead a team of HR professionals who are managing the HQ Move
  • Mastery of cross-functional/cross-team collaboration
  • Get stuff done attitude!
  • Strong analytical acumen to question and gain insights
  • Presentation Guru – PowerPoint!


  • Keep the HR HQ Move workstreams on track – timing, deliverables are track, followed up and escalated if at risk
  • Use enthusiastic initiative and critical thinking to anticipate needs, identify gaps and organize data and communications cohesively and clearly, and ultimately develop creative approaches to solving problems.
  • Develop business case/cost-benefit analyses to help business process owners obtain formal approval for proposed high-impact projects. Often present analyses & subsequent project updates to Finance & HR Leadership
  • Be a Super-Collaborator with the various EG functions working on the move
  • Lean in to support program manage pieces of the workstream that roll on/off program
