Product Manager III, Checkout

Are you a creative problem solver with a keen interest in delivering and optimizing customer facing features? Whether you’re someone that loves delving in to the data or driving new Customer Research, here at Expedia Group we’re passionate about understanding our customers and driving change. You’ll be joining a collaborative team working end to end to deliver a globally relevant experience to a diverse set of customers and working with a wider range of stakeholders globally.

Based in London, you’ll be a key member of this amazing Cross-Functional team, consistently delivering value to our customers – helping people book their next trip and begin a new adventure.

What you’ll do

  • Work collaboratively with UX, Research, Analytics & Tech to deliver exciting new customer facing features
  • Effectively manage a diverse range of stakeholders across the business (& world!)
  • Write detailed user stories and clarify requirements for wide reaching initiatives
  • Lead ideation sessions and workshops to drive new and creative ideas
  • Optimize processes for prioritising ideas and customer facing features
  • Help to set a long-term vision for the Checkout experience
  • Be involved in Product Discovery and Delivery workstreams taking us closer to that vision
  • Use Data & Customer Research led approaches to ideation & prioritisation
  • Ensure our pages remain Globally and Locally relevant

Who you are:

You’ll fit this role if you have:

  • 3 to 5 years experience as a Product Manager or related role
  • Self-motivated and able to run multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in eCommerce or Travel industries a plus
  • Experience of working on ancillary products within Travel industry a big plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in interacting with technical individual contributors. Experience in Agile development is a plus.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to go into details as and when required
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Shown ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
