Senior Manager, Supply Strategy

We want them to feel the same real passion for travel that we do. is looking to fill the role of Senior Manager, Supply Strategy. You will play a crucial role in shaping the way aligns the intersection between supply and demand. You will partner with teams across Expedia Group to design and implement strategies to use supply to build value for our customers. You will be based out of our beautiful office in Angel, London.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with EG teams including LPS, Brand Expedia and to drive strategic initiatives
  • Own the strategy for merchandising, marketing, and selling vacation rental inventory, both HomeAway and LPS sourced
  • Collaborate with product management teams to evangelize our supply strategy and drive innovation through external benchmarking, primary and secondary research, data analysis and more
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of existing initiatives critical to the ongoing growth of the company and translating them into actionable insights
  • Collaborate with analytics and merchandising teams to understand the supply/merchandizing activities, and identify how promotional levers can be used to drive growth across our channels and worldwide points of sale
  • Provide financial modeling support for analyzing potential growth or business improvement opportunities, as well as the development of long-range plans

Who you are:

You’ll fit this role if you have:

  • Several years of experience in strategy, corporate or business development, finance or consulting fields
  • Bachelor's degree from a top academic institution, an MBA is preferred
  • Ability to build relationships with and work collaboratively across the organization and functions
  • Consistent record of creative and structured approach to problem solving
  • Ability to develop recommendations based on a thorough understanding of detailed implementation requirements and risks and execute them to completion
  • Strong attention to detail, good organization skills, with experience of running multiple projects in parallel
  • Passion for solving problems and being a driven teammate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex issues at all levels of the organization
  • Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and demonstrated experience in modeling, analysis, and presentation creation
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and product management a plus
