Job Title: Invoicing Agent

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all travel tickets are invoiced on a daily basis
  • Undertake manual invoicing where required
  • Process credit notes where required
  • Perform billing administration tasks
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer invoicing
  • With assistance from Finance team, maintain a regular reconciliation to ensure items charged to Egencia are invoiced out to customers
  • With assistance from the setup team identify, investigate and resolve any issues around customer parameters preventing invoicing
  • Decrease the turn-around-time taken to render invoices to customers through process improvements
  • Ensure Invoices are distributed to clients on time

Written & Spoken Communication, Listening and Influencing

  • Proficiency in English
  • Well versed in email writing & etiquettes
  • Ability to effectively communicate to various levels and through a variety of communication channels


Experience and Qualification:

  • 2-5 years in related experience, job profile
  • Travel industry experience is required
  • Ability and diligence to follow processes through to conclusion
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize effectively
  • Strong integrity
  • Excel Standard
  • Knowledge of Excel Macro would be an added advantage
