We are looking for a motivated Online Marketing Analyst with attention to detail to join the global Meta team. You’ll be at the forefront of data analysis, solve complex problems, make bidding decisions, and support the Partner Marketing Manager on managing relationships with various Meta players in the Industry. In this role, you’ll have an immediate impact on key projects within the portfolio.

What you’ll do

  • Ensure continual optimization of the campaigns, growing hotel bookings at a set return on investment
  • Build regular reports to measure channel performance, to make data-driven decisions on P&L management, to help troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and to identify opportunities
  • Implement bidding adjustments, identify tests opportunities and evaluate results
  • Conduct in-depth analyses, capturing actionable insights from our various data sources
  • Identify data processing issues quickly and resolve them quickly
  • Communicate performance trends and present findings to the wider team
  • Establish positive relationships with both internal and external partners

Who you are

You’ll fit this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong analytical focus (Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, etc.)
  • Experience in a data-driven commercial environment; experience in online marketing a plus
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adept at analyses and able to use data to make decisions
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint knowledge
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills. Python is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail in executing complex projects and time-sensitive deliverables
  • Phenomenal communication skills, able to develop strong working relationships with peers and stakeholders
