At Expedia careers are limitless. We offer the unusual opportunity to work across multiple, global travel brands all while demonstrating the most advanced technology in the industry. Come explore your next chapter.
The LPS Salesforce engineering team is looking for a well-rounded Software Development Engineer to provide DevOps support, drive our platform automation strategy, improve our monitoring capabilities, and assist with Tier 2 support. This is a multi-dimensional, hands-on programming role responsible for bug fixes on current functionality as well as the opportunity to develop new solutions across the Salesforce platform. You will have DevOps experience, as well as proficiency in object-oriented programming, Java, Python, and SQL. Salesforce (APEX and Visualforce) and SOQL experience are definitely a plus but not required as the main focus of this role is infrastructure support. This will, however, be an extraordinary opportunity for you to learn Salesforce from a talented Salesforce development team.
Are you a self-starter able to lead multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload and thrive in a dynamic environment? Do you work well under pressure, meeting ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints? Do you possess a flexible attitude with an eagerness to learn, contribute and grow from the team around you?
What you will do:
Expedia Group recognizes our success is dependent on the success of our people. We are the world's travel platform, made up of the most knowledgeable, passionate, and creative people in our business.
