Directement rattaché au Sales Manager, votre mission est d’acquérir de nouveaux clients sur le segment SMA (Small & Middle Accounts) et vous êtes supporté par une équipe en charge de la Lead Generation.

Votre mission

  • Identifier les opportunités sur le segment SME et rencontrer les contacts clés
  • Créer une relation de haut niveau avec les décideurs(DAF, DRH, PDG)
  • Promouvoir les avantages concurrentiels et la valeur ajoutée des services d'Egencia
  • Closer les contrats et en assurer la bonne mise en oeuvre avec l'équipe d’implémentation
  • Signer des affaires commerciales profitables en ligne avec les plans de tarification d'Egencia

Qui êtes vous

  • Bac + 5 / Ecole de Commerce
  • Expérience 3 à 5 ans dans la vente de solutions innovantes un marché à forte densité concurrentielle
  • Expertise des techniques de vente
  • Habilité à s’adapter à un environnement dynamique
  • Fortes compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale
  • Esprit d’équipe développé
  • Goût du challenge
  • Culture du résultat
  • Volonté de gagner
  • Anglais écrit et parlé obligatoire

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, your task will be to onboard new customers in the SMA (Small & Medium Accounts) sector and you will be supported by a team responsible for Lead Generation.

What you’ll do

  • Identify opportunities in the SMA sector and meet key contacts
  • Create a high-level relationship with decision-makers (CFOs, HR Directors, CEOs)
  • Promote the competitive advantages and the added value of Egencia's services
  • Close contracts and ensure their smooth implementation with the implementation team
  • Sign up profitable new business in line with Egencia's pricing plans

Who you are

  • Bac + 5 / Business School
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in sales of innovative solutions in a highly competitive market
  • Knowledge of sales techniques
  • Able to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong sense of team spirit
  • Relishes a challenge
  • Desire to succeed
  • Written and spoken English essential
