Hotwire is seeking an email marketer to grow and manage our customer engagement programs globally. Our ideal candidate will be able to execute, manage and optimize our established programs, as well as build new-to-Hotwire campaigns. You will drive programs that focus on customer lifecycle, retention and repeat, and improve the execution of our customer life-cycle and trip-cycle messaging. We’re also seeking someone that is a fast-learner who demonstrates a passion for structured experimentation and loves scaling business success through customer engagement.
Day-to-day, you’ll have ownership of the setup, maintenance, and review of reoccurring and triggered email communications and deployment of promotional emails. You will have experience developing and deploying a robust email test and learn program. Experience with Oracle Responsys or similar large consumer facing email programs is a plus. You will join a diverse and enterprising team and will need to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to meet the objectives of the broader business.
Optimize the creation and execution of production elements of a portfolio of customer engagement and marketing campaigns across email points of sale for multiple lines of business.
