Expedia Groups Business Travel Brand www.egencia.com is seeking an expert German speaking Field Marketing Manager for the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) markets, based in London.

In this role you will have responsibility for in-market activation strategy and plan execution for your regions. Your marketing programs will generate revenue, engage customers, and build brand awareness. Your responsibilities will be varied and include both strategy and execution. Please note this is not a people leading role. You will be part of Egencia’ s Field Marketing team reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager of EMEA Field Marketing, and will partner with the Worldwide Sales and Customer Success teams.

With the strong support from a large marketing organization, you are the marketing voice for your regions to the global organization.

What you will do

  • Create the demand forecast model for your markets. Drive Egencia’ s marketing strategy and define the promotional marketing-mix for your dedicated region.
  • Plan, lead and execute various field marketing programs.
  • Develop creative approaches to engage with prospects and customers.
  • Manage and execute a wide range of marketing programs and activities (webinars, events, local email promotion, website update, etc.).
  • Produce web content, direct marketing, social media and local case studies as appropriate, and ensure localization is appropriate.
  • Partner with our sales leaders to launch local account-based marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting programs.
  • Track which channels create pipeline conversion, monitor, analyze, and report performance (leads and pipeline) against forecasts, uncover opportunities and assess effectiveness of programs.
  • Recommend and apply insights to increase success of future marketing programs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local industry partners.
  • Manage budget and return on marketing investment to align program investment with business goals.
  • Continually optimize.

Who are you?

We are looking for a visionary and creative person with prior field marketing experience who is adaptable, dedicated, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment for a fast-growing business.

You should be able to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines with a real passion for excellent execution and attention to detail. You should also be a great communicator and have excellent skills in both verbal and written communication and be capable to work independently and to operate well in a cross-functional environment.

In detail you bring

  • 4+ years in B2B field marketing with proven success in setting and executing strategy and owning marketing budgets/resources.
  • Full stack marketing experience, deep knowledge in creating and executing multi-channel, multi-medium campaign programs.
  • Strong sales process knowledge and understanding of how sales teams consume marketing leads.
  • The ability to drive pipeline development and measure success, conduct lead forecasting, pipeline reporting and SLA management.
  • Metrics orientation with the ability to analyze data to create insights.
  • Working knowledge and experience of Salesforce and/or other CRM systems, Marketo, Bizible, Wordpress and other martech stack programs.
  • Fluency in English & native level German (required)
  • Willing to travel to visit markets from time to time
  • Team oriented communication skills and the ability to diplomatically partner with coworkers and executives to achieve the best results for the company.
  • Diploma in marketing and experience marketing for B2B technology companies, preferably from the business software or travel industries.
