Expedia Group’s Lodging Partner Services (LPS) has an opportunity for a passionate Leadership Coach to join our team.

Collectively, Expedia Group brands cover virtually every aspect of researching, planning, and booking travel, from choosing the best airplane seat, to reading personal travel reviews of hotels, to planning what to do in a destination once you arrive. Expedia Group portfolio serves both leisure and business travelers with tastes and budgets ranging from modest to luxury; from hotel to self-catering vacation rental. Ours is the business division within Expedia Group responsible for the relationships we have with accommodation providers around the world. These partners include hotels (independent and chain), serviced apartments, vacation rentals and even houseboats

Who You Are:

  • You have exceptional listening skills, insight, influence and leadership presence
  • You can speak to your mentoring skills and knowledge of development activities
  • You are able to work with a diverse level of leadership experience
  • You demonstrate engaging and professional communication and demonstration prowess
  • You have strong written and verbal communication and possess a reciprocal and responsive work style
  • You have a certified coaching degree (ICF or equivalent)
  • You have previous people leadership experience which is highly preferred

  • You have 8 - 10 years mentoring leaders and facilitating leadership development programs

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver coaching techniques that build the emotional intelligence and self-reflection necessary for leaders to progress their own development
  • Understand the organizational context, boundaries and business goals of the leaders and respectfully challenge the status quo to create room for them to change
  • Facilitate effective leadership development programs that deliver a consistently high-quality learner experience
  • Guide cohorts of leaders through our comprehensive coaching program, as well as, help leaders one-to-one build the critical skills and mindset necessary for effective coaching
  • Provide ongoing support to participants to ensure maximum impact and application of their learning and development
  • Works closely with the Learning Design team to ensure content is relevant and provides continuous feedback to improve and evolve leadership programs
  • You ensure that learning outcomes and objectives are met and provide meaningful business impact which is an impactful and sought after expectation
  • You will report to our VP of Learning
