Tier I Tech Support Rep

Are you passionate about IT Support? Would you like to work with the latest technology? This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a Global IT Service Desk for Expedia, Inc. Core. You will be providing technical support of more than 150 applications, working with Windows, Mac OS, Mobile devices including iPhone, Android, and Windows Mobile, VPN, Active Directory, Citrix, Cloud solutions.


  • A highly motivated individual with a technical background (Windows or Mac OS)
  • Enthusiastic about user support
  • A proficient user of the English language, with any additional European language as a plus
  • Having ability to identify complex problems
  • Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Having strong communication skills
  • Able to work non-standard business hours


  • You will be providing technical support (1st/2nd level) to internal users - applications, hardware, OS, network, and telecom issues
  • You will do systems analysis and support for Internet based solutions
  • You will be creating and maintaining accurate trouble tickets which entail recording problem/symptom, analysis performed resolution, and other information relevant to resolving the problem.
  • You will be responsible for escalation and notification of maintenance and outage activity
