We’re looking for a creative and dynamic Product Marketeer. You will drive awareness of the full spectrum of Egencia capabilities and drive customer growth and adoption globally. This is a large scoping role encompassing all product marketing responsibilities - such as competitive intelligence, commercial readiness, and go-to-market (GTM) adoption across the Egencia product and services portfolio globally. This leader works to grow the business in tight partnership with our Global Marketing counterparts, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams

What You Will Do:

  • You will build and execute the go-to-market for your section of the Egencia offer, including positioning, messaging, product launch and attach campaigns and sales enablement
  • You will craft the story behind our products and their value proposition based on a deep understanding of market drivers, customer needs and product capabilities. A thorough understanding of our customer segments and the buyer personas is a requirement for this role
  • Create thought leadership and enablement tools on our products that drive significant growth in our funnel metrics. You are a prolific content creator - delivering presentations, technical white papers, blogs, and videos that flesh out the buyer journey
  • Develop extremely tight and valuable relationships with our Sales and Customer Success team members by delivering the right assets at the right time
  • Develop product positioning and messaging (content creation) that differentiate your products in the market
  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
  • Product launch – plan the go-to-market of new features. Prepare the sales and account management teams to be able to promote the feature
  • Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; as well as the competition and how to outwit them
  • Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs to drive demand for your products

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years Software product marketing experience, with experience in a customer facing role
  • Masters degree in business or marketing preferred
  • Recognized public speaker
  • Very strong written communication skills
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
  • Excellent people skills for constant interaction with customers, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties; across all levels of seniority
  • Exposure to multi-cultural environments
