Account Manager, MNC/Global (m/f)

To support our growing team based in Paris, we are currently seeking to hire 2 Accounts Managers  MNC Global Accounts.

What you’ll do

Leading a portfolio of accounts (€45m gross booking) with local and global customers:

  • Build and monitor your clients travel program to ensure customer retention
  • Work as a guarantor of the program’s equity and business strategy
  • Make recommendation in order to increase business opportunities and manage upsell negotiations
  • Collaborate with Product, strategy and other internal teams to support the program’s performance and to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Deliver timely rollouts of new features and platform innovations
  • Initiate and monitor action plans to ensure service delivery
  • Manage RFP's answers and contract renewals

Who you are

  • You have a proven track record of successfully running a portfolio of clients, with experience in negotiation and sales, the use of a CRM, with good organizational, oral and written communication skills
  • You are great teammate with commercial spirit
  • You have a significant experience in dealing with tenders
  • You have a good level of english
  • You are committed to customer centricity and you have real sens of relationship
  • You have a deep understanding of the market analysis
  • You act as a real problem solver and you handle stress positively
  • You are dynamic and know how to lead your portfolio in pure autonomy
