As a Corporate Account Manager for Egencia you will be a driving force behind building and maintaining relationships with our Global customers across the world!

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll have business ownership of a strategic customer portfolio
  • You’ll understand your clients' businesses and strategic goals
  • You will take initiative to identify current and potential problems and determine the best solution
  • You build and maintain relationships with all key partners within clients' organizations that enrich our business partnership and enhance client retention
  • You will create and deliver strategic account plans with your clients to ensure they achieve their financial, service and duty of care objectives
  • You will prepare and deliver clients' quarterly business reviews, providing insightful intelligence and recommendations for improvement

Who you are:

You’ll fit into this role if you have/are:

  • Commercial B2B account / portfolio management experience, building client relationships in a B2B environment in the Irish Market
  • You have preferably come from a travel management company (TMC), agency, travel, technology or SaaS background
  • You possess experience of working on accounts that have a global element and possess an international mindset
  • You are fluent in English up to professional or native level, with additional language experience a positive
  • You possess strong communication skills: abilities to include conveying, receiving and interpret ideas and information, influence partner decisions and presents information appropriately to a wide and diverse range of audience
