Expedia Partner Solutions (EPS) leverages the best of the Expedia Group’s partner-facing APIs and template products with a laser focus on B2B, powering hundreds of partners around the world. EPS’ mission is to provide its partners with solutions to fuel their growth.

EPS partners with businesses across a wide range of verticals, including loyalty programs, airlines, travel agents, corporate travel management companies and online retailers who remarket EPS rates and availabilities to their travellers. Partners can access EPS products in the way that best suits their business, whether that is a fully customizable environment through EPS APIs or an ‘off-the-shelf’ white-label or co-branded template solution offering or its agent tools.

Your role:

  • You will lead multiple projects working with teams across different timezones
  • You will work with teams to define the project scope, resources and plan for tracking delivery.
  • You will participate in tasks throughout project lifecycle phases including project planning, discovery, development, testing, release and post-release.
  • You will identifying risks and issues, and develop contingency plans and ensure that the project documentation is completed to a high standard and kept up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You will collaborate with internal business units, affiliates and users, facilitating workshops and document project and communication plans.
  • You will provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues.
  • Provide on-going communication of status and risks to management teams internally as needed and garner support for changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Facilitate project meetings focused on status reporting, problem resolution, feedback, and fostering open communication within the team on project planning and execution.

Your experiences:

  • Project management experience working with agile development teams in a really dynamic environment.
  • High degree of competency with project management and methodology including: scoping, issue & risk identification, general management, tracking dependencies, user acceptance testing, and communication of overall project status.
  • Experience of working with product management teams, including coordination of multiple internal workstreams including development teams, marketing, sales, finance, customer support, legal and analytics.
  • Superb communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate the resolution of challenging business/technology problems.
  • Experience in working cross functionally to drive the high level solutions as well as resolve lower level operational issues when needed with experience translating between business and technology.
