Senior Business Development Manager

What you'll do

  • You will work with the Director of Sales for Northern Europe to build a clear strategy to grow the EPS business in France and Benelux.
  • You will execute on the strategy by building a sales pipeline, across multiple markets and multiple segments and manage the end-to-end process
  • You will build strong internal relationships to support our team goals, by optimizing for the benefit of the whole business
  • Be a leader, by taking ownership on challenges and new initiatives you encounter
  • Share and support implementation of best practices across teams and regions
  • You will proactively manage the end-to-end business development process including sales pipeline management and value selling
  • You will define and implement a business strategy to uncover win-win opportunities that drive new business to both EAN and partner, positioning EAN as the partner of choice

Who you are

  • Strong understanding of the French and Benelux travel market
  • Have a real passion for continuous self-improvement and learning, sharing knowledge with the team to continue to raise the bar
  • Consistent track record of successful business development initiatives in a B2B environment accompanied with understanding of marketing, technology and product
  • Experience of negotiating at C-Level, using your eye for business to make deals that are for the benefit of the business
  • Ability to use data to build a compelling story to influence internally and externally
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Solid experience of analyzing, structuring, negotiating and closing complex deals in a team environment
  • Attested ability to build a wide variety of business relationships
  • Demonstrated understanding of the underlying economic metrics involved in strategic partnerships
  • Languages skills: you need to be fluent in English & French
  • Consistent track record of successful business development initiatives in a B2B environment
