Junior Corporate Travel Consultant - Berlin

What you’ll do

Following a 9-week training period, during which you will learn about our tools (including Amadeus GDS), methods and company values, you will join a team of 7-10 Corporate Travel Consultants.

You will be in direct contact with our clients via phone and e-mail, providing a high-quality and timely service for all their Business Travel needs.

  • You will accompany our customers from A-Z in their reservations (flights, trains, hotels and car rentals)
  • You will become an expert in Business Travel, and will be able to provide a personalized service to each customer
  • You will be proactive in ensuring immediate assistance to our customers in emergencies (strikes, weather conditions etc.)
  • You will be able to suggest and sell additional services to our customers

Who you are

  • You have excellent written and spoken German, and a professional level of fluency in English
  • You have excellent customer relation and communication skills
  • You are a quick learner, and have good IT skills
  • You are a team player
  • You are able to adapt to and work in a complex, dynamic and multicultural environment
  • You have experience in Tourism or in a customer-facing role
  • You are passionate about travel, and want to ensure the best experience for our clients
  • Preferably a degree in Tourism or in Customer Relations
  • Preferably experience of booking systems (GDS, Air Booking, Hotel Booking etc.)
