Egencia Consulting is responsible for providing customized, valuable analysis and recommendations to Egencia’s corporate customers to assist them in optimizing their travel spend and ensuring the safety and comfort of their travelers. These customers are looking to understand and lead the dynamic and complex world of corporate transportation and lodging offerings and rely on Egencia Consulting authorities to make sense of the corporate travel landscape.

What you’ll do

Grow Egencia Consulting portfolio and revenue with new customers by playing an active role in value-proposition selling and contract negotiation.

  • You will participate in calls and face-to-face meetings with prospects (from discovery meeting to deal close) and create a high-level relationship with key partners.
  • You will lead any Consulting RFI/RFPs from strategy to win definition to deal closing
  • You will lead sales process through contract closing and handover to delivery team
  • You will sign profitable business consistent with Consulting pricing and product mix strategy
  • You will maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and consulting products
  • You will develop strong relationship with sales and account management teams to identify areas for mutual collaboration and support
  • You will engage in client-facing sales presentations through in-person and/or virtual formats individually and with Egencia partners managers as part of a cross-functional sales team
  • You will attend industry events to represent Egencia Consulting in your assigned market
  • You will monitor trends in travel consulting and evolution of client needs and provide thought leadership to Consulting management to drive product innovation.

Who you are

  • You have a consistent record of success in a corporate sales role and confirmed negotiation skills
  • You are experienced in client relationships and building value within those relationships
  • You are experienced in strategic selling with a tailor-made approach client by client
  • You have the ability to adapt communication style depending on the audience
  • You have good listening skills with the ability to interpret customers’ needs
  • You have an affinity for detail, organization and exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • You demonstrated success communicating the value of your product
  • You have the ability to multi-task and change direction quickly
  • You have the ability to work autonomously
  • You have a high level of professionalism and confidence
  • You have excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • You have multi languages capabilities with at least fluent French and English
  • You obtained a Bachelor’s degree or MBA and sales experience in F1000 segment
  • Prior travel industry experience, which is preferred
