As EPS continues to grow we are seeking a Finance Analyst, EAC Reporting & Insights to join the Global Reporting team based at our Angel office.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Manager of EAC Reporting & Insights, this position is a key part of the EPS Global Reporting team. Primary responsibilities include providing essential management reporting on the EPS credit portfolio, adding business insight and recommendations to guide commercial decision-making on affiliate partner credit offers.

  • Support the Partner Finance team to effectively operate the EPS Affiliate Collect (EAC) programme, through the provision of management reporting & review of process improvements
  • Partner with the Commercial Finance team to review & monitor the EAC portfolio and provide detailed analysis of individual affiliate trading trends to support recommendations that are likely to have a direct impact on business growth/risk
  • Provide insight to the sales teams into key EAC performance drivers and affiliates at risk of breaching their credit terms
  • Drive progress in EAC insight by identifying and implementing reporting enhancements that will improve commercial decision-making on affiliate credit matters
  • Assist in the development of working capital efficiency reporting to demonstrate affiliate level RoI evolution to the business
  • Provide ad hoc finance support as and when required

Who you are


  • Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA), BA/BSc 2:1 or above (or equivalent), and strong academic record
  • Proven success operating autonomously in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Experience working with cross functional teams across multiple time zones


  • Strong modeling skills with ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights to a high standard
  • Proven ability to analyze data to solve business problems and provide strong business insight
  • Proven ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-finance audiences

Computer Skills:

  • Expert spreadsheet skills including the ability to work with large data sets is essential
  • Knowledge of BI tools (e.g Tableau) and data extraction via SQL will be highly beneficial
  • Experience with Oracle is desirable


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage many conflicting tasks, and deliver against rapidly changing priorities
  • Adapts well to, and is energized by, change whilst maintaining focus on key business goals and objectives
