Sales Operations and Process Manager

Expedia Partner Solutions’ global sales operations team is looking for a Sales Operations and Process Manager who will drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales teams through close collaboration with various functions to review, improve and implement our sales processes.
What you’ll do:
Own the sales process component (‘the what’) of the Sales Blueprint by:
Maintain and support the process for the termination of our lowest tier of unmanaged accounts
Maintain and support sales compliance initiatives like PCI and OFAC
Review and establish the documentation and implementation of capturing sales process exceptions
Analyse data and use stakeholder feedback to uncover key insights and then work with stakeholders to use this information to optimize sales operations
Support ad-hoc initiatives as required
