If so, then we have an opportunity for an Agile Technical Program Manager to join our Growth Marketing Product & Technology team. You will draw on your industry expertise and agile knowledge to increase the effectiveness of existing solutions and help build new ones that drive scale and efficiency throughout the organization.
Using industry analysis and end-user feedback to manage the overall product life cycle for a portfolio of solutions including our Affiliate Marketing products, you will partner with software engineering, product management and other stakeholders to understand, communicate and implement product requirements.

Manage the portfolio life cycle and solutions from inception and planning through to end-user adoption
Develop a deep understanding of Vrbo business processes and needs by frequently meeting with product, engineering and internal business stakeholders
Ensure the road map and backlog priorities are maintained to enable a smooth agile development process and minimize blockers by partnering with product and engineering leads
Monitor the team’s development velocity and facilitate the resolution of risks and blockers
Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to ensure epics and user stories are clearly defined and properly phased to facilitate timely delivery of functionality
Lead communication and solution delivery across multi-functional operating teams
Communicate status, risks with resolution plan, upcoming milestones, and recent releases to leadership teams
Lead resolution of urgent engineering issues while communicating changes to business stakeholders
Work with the engineering and product leadership ensuring that they are fully engaged in strategic and tactical planning decisions
3-5+ years of Program/Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience in a high-tech company (preferably in a B2C environment)
Certified Scrum Master and/or Project Management (desirable)
Understanding of N-Tier software development architectures, relational databases, cloud architecture, and data warehouse architecture
Experience as a Business Analyst (BA) and/or Developer in an engineering software environment (desirable)
2-5 years programming experience (desirable)
BA/BS or equivalent preferably in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields (preferable)
High level of initiative, passion, and desire to create a world-class user experience for customers
Demonstrated experience driving agile software development with engineering and other functional teams
Experience collaborating on multi-functional and cross-geography teams
Ability to lead teams through issue resolution and risk management
Able to communicate complex concepts to engineering and non-engineering teams
Experience leading multiple, ongoing complex projects and implementing of ecommerce applications, while delivering on schedule
Full product lifecycle management experience, including user acceptance testing, launch and end of life processes
Experience with complex information architecture and taxonomy management (desirable)
