Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Account Management, the Corporate Account Manager will assume responsibility for Medium accounts between 500K€ and 2Millions of budget (approx 40/50 clients).

What you’ll do

  • You will actively sell additional products and Egencia's added-value
  • You will visit clients and deal with commercial requests
  • You will ensure to deliver the quarterly business reviews for the listed clients
  • You will handle actions with Front & Back office teams to ensure customer happiness
  • You will lead RFP's answers and contract renewals
  • You will run customer retention and avoid churn
  • You will report all activities into the CRM Tool (Salesforce)

Who you are

  • You speak English and French (native or bilingual)
  • You have a first successful experience managing and building client relationships in a B2B market
  • You have a good knowledge of travel industry and previous experience with travel technology products preferred
  • You have excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
  • You are able to work autonomously, combining attention to detail with innovation and problem-solving skills
  • You are ready to regularly travel in Rhone-Alpes Auvergne or other regions
