Consulting Analyst - London

Egencia is looking for a Consulting Analyst to work within our Global Consulting Organisation to deliver both analytical and operational support to the team and clients during projects by analysing and interpreting data to deliver creating business solutions and insight. 

What you’ll do

  • You will handle multiple, multi-faceted projects, managing timely execution of project steps according to agreed timelines
  • You will work on RFP during the execution of clients’ engagements (example: Airline, hotel, and car sourcing) using excel, Power Bi, Axis, R studio, and other analytical + sourcing tools
  • You will manage supplier relationships and communication with suppliers during the RFP exercise including supplier negotiation
  • You'll create compelling documents and run savings scenarios
  • You will develop dashboards for clients/consulting managers to identify key achievements
  • You'll be a communication champion towards consulting managers and external partners

Who you are

  • You will ideally have some experience in a project management/analyst role or global support role within Business or Leisure Travel, or another relevant industry such as Airlines
  • You are a specialist in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word (RStudio and VBA are a plus)
  • You are passionate about project management and data analysis
  • You possess a solid grasp of business intelligence tools (Business Object, Tableau, PowerBi)
  • You have the ability to communicate highly complex and multi-faceted concepts and ideas in a simple, clear and concise way, with exemplary presentation skills and ability to persuade and create action
  • You are able to work well both within a team and as an independent contributor
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with a self-motivated personality
  • You have a cross-cultural mindset
