We are seeking a Corporate Account Manager who will be dedicated to supporting field clients with Egencia's national accounts. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for maintaining strong relationships between Egencia and strategic clients. You will be partnering with clients to determine travel program goals, and developing and executing plans to help clients attain those goals. You will regularly measure progress towards goals and report back to the client, as well as Egencia senior leadership.

What You Will Do:

  • Educate and train clients on Egencia products and upcoming releases
  • Representing client issues to groups such as customer service and product development, and partnering with those groups to deliver solutions to client issues
  • Identify and drive opportunities to increase Egencia’s business within the portfolio
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings through program optimization and consolidation, and execute against recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to sell new products, open new points of sale outside of the US, or change service and support models
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities for clients to improve program cost through improvement of supplier relations, and work with clients to negotiate new supplier partner agreements
  • Conduct quarterly and year end business reviews that measure progress towards travel program goals, and make recommendations on further program improvements
  • Regularly present business goals and progress to Egencia senior leadership
  • Participate in sales process and oversee new account implementation, training and project planning
  • Work successfully across the Egencia organization, including customer service, product development, finance, sales, and marketing

Who You Are:

  • Corporate Travel industry experience is required
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in account management
  • BA/BS or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a virtual environment preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to analyze and make decisions based on complex financial and travel management data
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to collaborate and complete tasks and projects in a team-focused environment
  • Ability to give presentations to small and large groups of people
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, market, and support an online product
  • Proven commitment to a high touch customer service model
  • Ability to create and deliver dynamic presentations
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Ability to travel 25-30%
