The Global Partner Operations team is looking for a Training Specialist for APAC. You will work closely with local leadership and teams to increase productivity, enhance performance and ultimately drive revenue. You will enable the Partner Success (Sales) teams with knowledge, resources, tools and skills to coach partners to reach their goals.

As the Training Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and delivering training on product and process, providing on-going training program support and consultation. You will also coach team members to meet quality related KPIs, personalize consultations in order to gain commitment, as well as developing mastery of their role. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, partner success teams and other partner success enablement specialists will be paramount to the success in your role.


What you'll do

  • Manage and coordinate identified training content and delivery to ensure consistency, quality, accessibility and overall effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide on-going training program support and consultation.
  • Administer and deliver new hire sales training programs in coordination with sales managers
  • Support specific internal and partner events with content, coordination and facilitation.
  • Take on ownership of product knowledge and partner-related initiatives.
  • Coach global partner success members in ongoing basis to help attain consistency, proficiency, and help drive KPIs
  • Facilitate personal and soft skills development aligning with the partner success competency framework.
  • Support Quality Assurance initiatives to evaluate adherence to a global sales process to ensure consistency with customer engagement, sales messaging, and process (call monitoring enablement, time studies).
  • Track training and coaching metrics

Who you are

You'd be great for this role if you have / are able to:

  • At least 1-3 years professional experience in either sales, business coaching, or training industry
  • Experience leading group training classes and/or public speaking
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in sales learning and development methods and/or Instructional Design a plus
  • Desire to be a subject expert for sales enablement, based on a solid understanding of adult learning principles
  • Strong communicator and facilitator with outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong and proven experience in project planning and coordination.
  • Locally aware – ability to identify opportunities in neighbouring teams that will help Partner Success to achieve
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a self-starter, have a bias for action and be able to drive for results.
  • Training/Coaching certification a plus. (ATD, ICF)
