We're looking for Sourcers, Recruiters, and Senior Recruiters to help us hire the best talent for Expedia Group's eCommerce Platform (eCP) organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple searches to bring the best talent to each role and partner with hiring teams to assess short and long term hiring requirements.
  • Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high quality candidates and build talent pipelines include diverse candidates.
  • Influence and partner strategically with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process by leveraging market intelligence and experience.
  • Use data-driven metrics and analysis to tackle problems, define success and influence decision-making.
  • Clearly communicate status and progress on open positions and provide strategic guidance to hiring teams.
  • Ensure a seamless experience for candidates from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key internal cross-functional partners.

Who you are: 

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Have a Bias to Action: Experience independently partnering with leadership and driving hiring initiatives.
  • Put Yourself in the Shoes of Your Customers: Proven track record of establishing trust with business and cross-functional partners.
  • Be Data Driven and Business Judgement Led: Experience developing and executing sourcing/recruitment plans for searches. Experience using data to influence decisions.
  • Experience in hiring across various domains (roles, seniority, geographies).
  • Experience in a dynamic matrix global environment.
  • Knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring.
