As a Project Manager, you will have a key role in helping us to achieve this vision. The scope of the operational transformation includes not only the tools solution, but also the associated processes, cultural change management and critically, planning and implementing future projects to help achieve the Egencia Customer Service vision.

What you’ll do

This role will be responsible for bringing experienced project management and knowledge to GCO and Egencia. As the Project Manager, you will serve as the central point of contact between multiple functions and teams responsible for delivering the solution against their plan. These include Product, Technical, the Salesforce team and internal GCO teams. As part of the GCO Project Team, you'll have opportunities to:

  • Contribute to the development of the Project Management discipline within the Organization
  • Execute on a range of initiatives within the customer operations space.
  • Help build, manage and maintain overall project governance and accountability.
  • Work with internal and external partners to deliver value to customers and employees.
  • Engage in the overall GCO project roadmap and prioritization.
  • Coordinate and track activities, resource management, handle risks and issues, advancing as required.
  • Collaborate with and lead other functions to ensure key dates are met
  • Respond and communicate efficiently between the business, tech and QA teams

Who you are

  • Have project management experience, preferably in an operations environment
  • Have a positive and can-do attitude
  • You are passionate about organizing, analyzing and presenting data to help the business make better decisions by understanding program risks, resource requirements, budget needs, budget tracking and the ROI on the investments that have been provided to the team to achieve global transformation
  • Strong understanding of milestone tracking and project dependencies.
  • Have a desire and ability to learn quickly
  • You're comfortable working with all levels and abilities in an organization and you are a clear and transparent communicator, including virtually
  • Ability to think at a high strategic level but also drive into detail when needed
  • Display excellent influencing skills, not only across the multiple program workstreams but also to educate other teams across the Egencia business
  • Are a committed team player who works collectively to help all succeed
  • Are able to prioritize effectively when dealing with multiple projects running simultaneously
  • Are able to balance long-term objectives and short-run performance to achieve optimal results overall
  • Are confident analyzing data and able to find the story from the numbers
  • Are an expert relationship builder able to interact at multiple levels
  • Have the ability to influence others through change
  • Have experience working in a global organization across diverse geographies and time zones
  • Enjoy travel - 10-15% travel may be required (passport will be required)
