We are actively recruiting a Director, Human Resources to join Expedia Group Hotels.com supporting a mix of senior leaders and functions within the business. . The successful executive for this position will make a significant impact on a growing business within as well as the overall HR function. This leader will partner closely with executive leaders to establish and execute the people agenda, special initiatives, and pace of the business activities. This role will also be a key architect on our HR transformation journey at Expedia Group.
Specific attention will be given to driving talent development, organizational design, organizational capability, performance activities as well as strategic people initiatives. We are looking for an HR executive who will play a major role in shaping and implementing strategies in support of both short-term and long-term objectives with the overall goal of attracting, retaining and developing the best talent for the company and division. We are looking for an HR leader who is interested in and has potential for a long-term growth career with Expedia. This job is based in London and reports to the Vice President, Human Resources for Hotels.com and EPS.
