What you will do

As Corporate Account Manager, you'll be responsible for owning the commercial relationships for a large portfolio of existing Multi National and Global clients, with a focus on revenue growth and account optimisation. You will work closely with this portfolio of existing and newly implemented clients across ANZ, helping them to meet their travel programme objectives by providing expert advice and delivering problem solving initiatives.

  • Partner with clients to define their travel program goals and execute joint plans.
  • Evaluate portfolio to prioritise time and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maximise Egencia’s capture of client’s business travel spend.
  • Expand client relationships to additional parts of their organisation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to increase adoption speed of new clients.
  • Conduct business reviews to track program goals and deliver insightful recommendations.
  • Educate clients on products and upcoming releases.
  • Advocate for client within the company to deliver solutions to client needs.
  • Develop strong relations with clients’ senior executives, expanding Egencia’s web of influence.
  • Monitor progress towards goals and proactively identify risks.
  • Identify opportunities for client cost savings through program optimization.
  • Align with Global Program Manager on client’s objectives and performance.

Who you are

You'll be great for this role if you have/ are able to:

  • Experience in building B2B client relationships, including the ability to effectively manage negotiations and handle objections.
  • Proven ability to analyse and make decisions based on complex financial and travel management data.
  • A keen sense for identifying growth and revenue generating opportunities.
  • Strong business acumen, understanding the business drivers of both Egencia and our clients.
  • Proven ability to strategically prioritise a large portfolio of accounts to efficiently maximise revenue.
  • Ability to collaborate and complete tasks and projects in a team-focused environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to tailor the message to C-Suite executives.
  • A growth mindset and positive “can-do” attitude.  
  • High adaptability with a capacity to work in a dynamic fast-changing environment and embrace new challenges.
  • A good knowledge of travel industry and previous experience with travel technology products preferred.
