The Senior Recruitment Coordinator is an integral part of the Expedia’s Global Early Talent Team. If you are looking to fully utilise your skills to help build a compelling, best in Early Talent program in EMEA then we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Country mapping universities for the forthcoming cycle. Build partnership with universities to understand student demographic.
  • Actively seek ways to improve and enhance operational process
  • Co-ordinate video interview content with hiring managers
  • Support recruiters with reviewing video interviews
  • Conduct candidate briefing calls prior to interviews and candidates joining
  • Drive total integrity of data reporting incl identifying potential efficiencies and streamlining of process
  • Provide an unparalleled Candidate and Hiring Manager experience
  • Book campus event logistics across Europe building relationships with universities
  • Attend campus events across europe, speaking with students about potential career opportunities
  • Organise and attend in house events including the summer intern programme
  • Create marketing and branding materials to promote Expedia on campus and via digital platforms
  • Drive efficiencies and business improvement of the wider recruiting function.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of databases and reporting.
