Vrbo is seeking a highly-motivated Marketing Business Analyst to join our Global Partner Success Operations team in London. This team produces enterprise-wide visualizations and analytical reporting used by both account managers and senior leadership to make key business decisions. The team consists of high performing creative data analysts capable of crafting and developing critical data sources along with the business knowledge to communicate their findings.

You will be recognized as both a data and business authority by Vrbo leadership. You’ll have the significant responsibility of ensuring that data needs have been recognized, scoped, prioritized, and delivered as useful and creative visualizations.

What You'll Do:

  • You will help with planning, design and development of supply acquisition campaigns
  • Data creation, analysis and visualizations utilizing SQL, Hive, Spark, Qubole, AWS and Tableau
  • Development of global marketing channels dashboard and channel performance analysis & recommendations
  • Email/CRM audience segmentation and data pulls and upload
  • Marketing Campaign performance monitoring and post analysis
  • Act as a liaison between Partner Acquisition Marketing team and Data Engineering for cross-functional supply data product requirements
  • Provide recommendations to tie in third party marketing platform data into tangible, expected business impact
  • Present findings and insights via presentations and meetings to facilitate informed decision-making for the senior leadership team
  • Work closely with our BI and Data Warehousing teams to achieve results
  • Quickly & expertly resolve day to day issues with existing reports as needed

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related Quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics).
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration is advantageous.
  • You have experience in e-commerce or online marketplace businesses
  • You are familiar with online performance marketing channels (Display, Paid Social, SEM)
  • You have previous experience working with marketing partners
  • You are collaborative, technical and thorough, analytical and curious.
  • You are a master in multiple Data Analysis Tools (MS SQL, Tableau, AWS, Hive)
  • Extraordinary business partnering and communications skills
  • You're able to effectively translate complex analyses and conclusions into lay terms while linking and applying complex technologies to business needs.
  • You demonstrate compassion and have the innate ability to see things from other’s perspective.
  • Experience with agile delivery is a requirement.
