Commercial Trainer - French market at Vrbo, an Expedia Group brand

We are looking for a Commercial Trainer fluent in French, passionate about supporting commercial leadership to continuously improve their teams’ knowledge, skill, and ability to promote Vrbo value, products, and services.
As a Commercial Trainer, you will be responsible for leading and delivering training on product and process, providing ongoing training program support and consultation. You will also coach team members to meet quality related KPIs, personalize consultations in order to gain commitment, as well as developing mastery of their role. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, commercial teams and other trainers will be paramount to the success in your role.
What you’ll do:
•You will lead and coordinate identified training content and delivery to ensure consistency, quality, accessibility and overall effectiveness of training programs.
•You will provide ongoing training program support and consultation
•You will administer and deliver new hire commercial training programs in coordination with commercial managers
•You will support specific internal and partner events with content, coordination and facilitation
•You will take on ownership of product knowledge and partner-related initiatives
•You will coach global partner success members in ongoing basis to help attain consistency, proficiency, and help drive KPIs
•You will facilitate personal and soft skills development aligning with the partner success competency framework
•You will support Quality Assurance initiatives to evaluate adherence to a global commercial process to ensure consistency with customer engagement, commercial messaging, and process (call monitoring enablement, time studies).
•You will track training and coaching metrics
Who you are:
•You are a native French speaker or you have a bilingual/proficient level of French, plus you are fluent in English and Spanish
•You have confirmed experience leading group training classes and public speaking
•You have validated professional experience in either sales, business coaching or training industry
•You have knowledge and demonstrated experience in sales learning and development methods and/or Instructional Design
•You are a strong communicator and facilitator with outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
•You have ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
•You are a self-starter, have a bias for action and be able to drive for results
•You have desire to be a subject guide for commercial enablement, based on a solid understanding of adult learning principles
•You have strong and proven experience in project planning and coordination
•You are locally aware – you see opportunities in neighbouring teams that will help the team to achieve
•Training/Coaching certification a plus. (ATD, ICF)
