Are you a driven sales person, looking to make an impact at a ground-breaking tech company, powered by the world’s largest online travel platform?

This entrepreneurial and strategic position would suit a salesperson who is looking for a role based in Munich.

We will assist with relocations from Austria or within Germany to Munich for this role.

What you’ll do:

  • Grow the Egencia portfolio and revenue with new customers
  • Sell value propositions and negotiate contracts – focusing on global SMEs' that likely have a high business travel spend
  • Identify, initiate and develop customer interest across targeted verticals and segments
  • Make calls with prospects (from discovery meeting to closing deal)
  • Build a high-level relationship with executives (CFOs, CEOs)
  • Present to customer’ s needs with a solution sales approach and mindset
  • Collaborate with implementation & delivery teams to provide tailored solutions vs. expectations sold
  • Success indicators: Quarterly targets of signed business, Traded value after implementation

Who you are:

  • You have good B2B commercial sales experience with a track record of managing full end to end sales lifecycle (Research, Lead Qualification, Cold Calling, Presenting, Negotiating and closing)
  • You ideally come from a travel, technology, software sales or B2B environment
  • You have knowledge / experience of working with customers in the South of Germany, ideally in Bavaria
  • Ideally you will have technical knowledge with regards to research (Linkedin Sales Navigator), CRM (Salesforce), Presentation (PP; Prezi) and Calculation (Excel)
  • You have the ability to build and deliver presentations up to CXO level
  • You dream big and love to win, are highly perseverant, a self-starter and bring grit and resilience
  • You are able to build trust, selling a solution that adds real value to customers
  • You demonstrate a strong solution/ consultative selling mindset
  • You speak and write German and English up to native level - MANDATORY
  • You are aware of or ready to acquire knowledge fast with regards to market and business trends in business travel
