Settlement Operations Manager - Exceptions

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and sponsor projects or strategic plans to reduce settlement exceptions, productivity of agent processes, quality improvement opportunities, and cost savings opportunities
  • Support settlement initiatives, and participate in other projects to minimize and streamline impact to settlement such as product improvements, operational enhancements, and new initiatives, i.e., NDC, EPS implementations
  • Work directly with TRS to define business requirements for improvements and/or changes, participate in user acceptance testing, and product/enhancement rollouts
  • Act as Settlement SME for project initiatives
  • Provide weekly/monthly reject statistics to management
  • Research and implement improvements to reduce agent handle time, retail loss, or negative customer experience
  • Act as a liaison with the Connectivity team, GDS, ARC and IATA to drive industry and product changes resulting in improved operational efficiencies
  • Daily / weekly audits of statistics to ensure consistency and identify issues
  • Point of contact for Egencia and EPS
