Expedia Partner Solutions’ global Sales Operations team is looking for a Senior Manager to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our Enterprise Solutions (ES) Sales team.

The Enterprise solutions team is responsible for EPS’ large-scale partnerships, offering a variety of products and customisation to meet the enterprise needs.

What you'll do

As Senior Manager, Sales Operations, ES, you will partner with our Sales and functional teams to shape the foundation of an all-star team. You will be responsible for growing sales effectiveness and will work closely with teams such as Strategy, Product, Finance, Analytics, HR and Sales enablement to unblock Enterprise Solutions’ full potential. You will:

  • Be the main point of contact within Sales Excellence for the Enterprise Solutions team.
  • Support the evolution of the Enterprise Solutions sales operating model around our business strategy to help achieve sustainable growth
  • Lead a productivity assessment of the ES sales team to identify strengths and areas of opportunity.
  • Develop a plan including initiatives to fill any operations and enablement gaps and coordinate with Sales leadership and functional partners to drive initiatives forward
  • Use existing regional business processes, competencies and framework when possible, and create and own ES specific initiatives when applicable.
  • Be responsible for the ES sales Blueprint, including:
  • Aligning our sales organizational structure to our sales framework working closely with Sales leaders to ensure it reflects the needs of the organization and puts our partners at the centre of our decision-making
  • Partnering closely with HR to define role clarity for sales and ensuring the competency framework drives sales excellence
  • Driving adoption and compliance of the concepts defined in Blueprint and the sales framework
  • Establishing and using key metrics to measure effectiveness and areas for improvement
  • Analyse data and use partner feedback to uncover key insights. Work with partners using this information to optimise sales operations
  • Support ad-hoc initiatives as required

Who you are

  • Strong experience in Sales and/or Sales excellence role
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring new points of view and with multiple challenging deadlines
  • Strategic thinker with experience taking conceptual vision to structured plans to execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Robust communication skills with ability to present information appropriately to a diverse range of audiences
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with cross functional global teams
  • Proven experience and success in the analysis, design and automation of business processes
  • Knowledge of SalesForce.com, Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory
  • Experience in Travel B2B business is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree.
