Strategic Partnerships Associate Manager

Expedia Partner Solutions (EPS) is seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist. This person will partner with the Strategic Partnerships team to provide support for a few of our large partners. The successful candidate will foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to proactively identify and assist with partner needs. The role requires strong internal coordination skills, experience working with other teams as they relate to servicing requests, including Analytics, Sales, Partner Marketing, Tech, Product and Supply teams across EPS and Lodging Partner Services (LPS).

What you'll do

  • Support Account Management by assisting with administrative and operational tasks/queries/tracking
  • Setting up, running and monitoring partner reporting
  • Assisting with partner questions and troubleshooting, such as those related to reporting, analytics or customer service
  • Managing violations and content requests (description, price or geography) raised by the Supply Teams and/or partners
  • Assisting with partner questions, such as those related to reporting, analytics, refunds, promotion activation, Expedia system insights, and/ or customer service
  • Responsible for handling queries originating from EPS Regional Sales
  • Identify gaps in processes and providing & working with relevant stakeholders to implement necessary changes to build an efficient working machine
  • Assist with EPS projects as assigned

Who you are

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel (V-look up, pivot tables), Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong customer focus and relationship building skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • “Make it happen” approach – the role will be varied and we’re looking for an individual who will get involved with all aspects of the account management support function
  • Good sense of business acumen
  • Understanding of API solutions

Experience and Qualification

  • Minimum 3 years related industry experience and Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Sales Support / Account Management / Client Servicing in a B2B environment
  • Experience in e-commerce, technology or travel background is a plus
