Corporate Account Manager

As a Corporate Account Manager for Egencia you will be a driving force behind building and maintaining relationships with our customers across the world!

We are looking for a new team member to be based in Oslo or Bergen.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll have business ownership of a strategic customer portfolio
  • You’ll have the responsibility to develop and maintain each client in your portfolio based on our Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)   
  • You’ll understand the different clients' businesses, and strategic goals when it comes to travel
  • You’ll  take initiative to identify opportunities for growth and potential problems, and determine the best solution moving forward
  • You’ll identify key stakeholders within the clients organizations,  build and maintain relationships that enrich our business partnership and enhance client retention
  • You’ll  create and deliver strategic account plans with your clients to ensure they achieve their financial, service and duty of care objectives
  • You’ll prepare and deliver clients' quarterly business reviews, providing insightful intelligence and recommendations for improvement
  • You’ll be your clients trusted advisor when it comes to all matters regarding travel, cementing Egencia’s position as the preferred Travel Management Company in Norway

Who you are

You’ll fit into this role if you have/are:

  • Experience building client relationships in a commercial B2B account / portfolio management environment, managing a larger portfolio of clients
  • Preferably come from a travel management company (TMC), agency, travel, technology or SaaS background
  • Proactive, seek to develop yourself and have a growth mind-set
  • Data driven and have a bias to action
  • Possess experience of working on accounts that have a global element and possess an international mindset
  • Fluent in Norwegian  up to professional or native level, with English as additional language 
  • You possess strong communication skills and are able to present information appropriately to a wide and diverse range of audience
