We're looking for a new team member to help us hire the best talent across Europe for Expedia Group's Lodging Partner Services (LPS) division.

Who you are:

You’ll fit this role if you have:

  • Strong experience of recruitment delivery with an emphasis on direct sourcing, rather than managing agency suppliers
  • The ability to build great relationships with business leaders, team-mates and colleagues across HR
  • Good business acumen with the ability to quickly develop an understanding of strategic priorities and how the business makes money
  • The ability to influence hiring decisions by providing expert advice
  • A strong focus on continually improving the recruitment experience for business leaders and candidates alike

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the recruitment and sourcing strategy for identified client groups within Expedia
  • Build and maintain great relationships with business leaders, team-mates and HR colleagues across the region
  • Provide market/talent segment knowledge and valuable insight
  • Screen candidates, conducting telephone interviews and advising hiring managers on talent pipelines
  • Track candidates efficiently using our HR and applicant tracking system, Workday
  • Act as an ambassador for Expedia Group to the talent market
