You will be a part of the HR Operations team that is responsible for providing simple, scalable and efficient core HR services to all Expedia employees worldwide. This includes delivering front line customer support, processing high volume transactions, and improving many aspects of the employee experience.
We have embarked upon a global transformation of the HR Operations function, and this will role will form part of the newly established Americas HR Operations team. You will be an active member of this team and participate in team projects and find opportunities for process standardization across the entire Americas region, whilst primarily providing customer focused HR services to LATAM based employees, across multiple countries.
The role is quite varied and you will be expected to have excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills and possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
