Product Manager III | Angel, London
Expedia Partner Solutions (EPS) is looking for a Product Manager III to own the Hotels.com for Partners (H4P) product. This is a key role within the EPS Templates Product team and reports to the Director of Product Management.
In this role, you will be responsible for the product management of a variety of features across the Hotels.com for Partners product. You will shape the roadmap for a number of strategic initiatives that position us to deliver on behalf of our corporate partners. These features range from integration with our partners’ loyalty (frequent flyer) programmes, development of cross-sell merchandising placements through to price optimisation tools, customisation of site look and feel and beyond. You will work through the full product lifecycle, turning concepts into live features through daily interactions with our software development and wider technology teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to impact and shape the product roadmap, delivering significant change for our customers and has high visibility across the organisation.
The Product Manager will work closely with a very wide range of partners across Expedia Group. This includes our Expedia Partner Solutions (EPS) team especially sales, account management and merchandising. You will also work in ad-hoc focus teams with product design, technology and analytics to identify and solve the biggest problems for our partners.

Build strong, collaborative teams across disciplines to ensure our focus projects deliver as much value as possible
Be a strong communicator and negotiator to help win the support and commitment of teams on which we depend to deliver against the H4P strategy.
You will be a voice for Hotels.com for Partners in the wider Hotels.com organisation.
Set, track and communicate the objectives and key results of the focus projects you lead
Create a learning environment within the teams you lead and share discoveries from the areas you work on with the wider H4P team and other business partners
Help strengthen everything we build, offer constructive criticism and ideas to other Product Managers to ensure we deliver our best work
You’ll work to trade off the competing demands of a wide variety of internal and external partners, while keeping the end customer at the heart of all decision-making
Find opportunities to drive incremental value and improve customer experience.
What we are looking for:
Previous product management roles are preferred. Experience working closely with software development teams in an agile environment is advantageous.
Sector background likely to be consumer-facing online and digital media, preferably with an e-commerce or loyalty component
Experience of leading diverse cross-cultural teams
Successful track record leading multiple projects and handling contending priorities in a dynamic and complex environment
Background in a global, matrix structure

Ability to excel in both business-to-consumer and business-to-business environments and comfortable with frequent switching in focus between these.
Strong technical know-how, with an excellent understanding of web technologies.
Highly numerate: ability to understand and make decisions from data
Strong eye for business: able to understand the broader business context and build a product plan that supports this
