Global Product Manager, Guest Experience

The Expedia Group’s Travel Partners Group Product Team is looking for an analytical, forward-thinking, and creative Global Product Manager, Guest Experience to help us create exceptional supplier tools. Our product team sets the strategic direction by partnering closely with UX and technology to delight our travel partners, make it easier for them to deliver a 5-star experience to our shared guests and maximize the value they receive from our Expedia Group as the world’s travel platform.

In this role, you will shape the vision for products that engage our partners and directly improve the guest experience. Then, you will collaborate with designers, marketers and business leaders to craft the plan to deliver it. You will use observations from partner research and competitive analysis to build solutions that are the foundation for how we sell accommodations across Expedia Group brand sites. You will use testing and analytics to help decide where to invest in new user experiences, and measure how the impact on customer delight and increased partner engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • Establish a product strategy, success metrics, product roadmap and rollout plans
  • Handle trade-offs between cost, time to market, estimated return on investment and strategic alignment
  • You will ensure successful delivery of features to production that meet both internal and external customer needs
  • Work as a part of a highly collaborative cross-functional team to lead the planning, development and design of strategy from product initiation through the end of the product life cycle.
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and create compelling business cases
  • You will present strategy, progress and product features to internal partners at a senior level, across multiple global locations
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your products
  • Be the visible advocate for your products internally and externally

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor degree required; MBA or Master's Degree a plus
  • 1-3 years in a product management role
  • Experience in web technologies preferred
  • Experience in eCommerce, travel industry is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who can identify new opportunities, develop strategies to drive growth, and push projects forward
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Some domestic and international travel may be required
