In close partnership with the CEO and the business managers, you are responsible for leading and handling the marketing and communication plan for Traveldoo. With a large area of responsibilities, you will lead several projects at the same time, with tight deadlines and evolving needs.
Thanks to your strategic and results-oriented approach, you will contribute to positioning our end-to-end Travel and Expense solution for business growth across Europe.
Your main responsibilities are:
1/ Business Partnership and support
You work with the sales team to nurture campaigns and content to fuel the sales pipeline with leads in our Sales Automation tool (Outreach) and convert into opportunities in our Salesforce CRM.
To engage with our prospects, partners and clients, you organize events, trade shows, conferences, client events, User Group meetings and webinars. You source and identify relevant conferences for the business and find relevant speaking opportunities at events or conferences.
2/ Management of the operational Marketing Experience
You lead the external communication relationship (PR agencies) and drive the engagement to ensure that Traveldoo brand is known in the market.
You define and produce content (blogs, articles, white papers, e-books, infographics, testimonials) for the website, lead generation activities and on our social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn). You create momentum by updating the website, communicating on events, customer testimonials, downloadable content…
3/ Drive and lead the Marketing Strategy
You build the communication strategy, themes and plan according to corporate announcements, product launches and customer cases.
You prepare and maintain calendar of marketing activities across the year.
You lead and engage the Marketing team, ensuring the skills' development of all collaborators.
You define the Marketing plan & budget with your colleagues in marketing operations and the CEO. You handle the marketing budget, ensuring it is allocated wisely to ensure maximum return on investment. You focus on metrics, analytics to measure projects’ efficiency for continuous improvement. You ensure weekly critical metric and reporting for each campaign.
Being passionate about marketing in fast moving environments, you like to be part of challenging projects in agile environments and to participate to a fast-growing business.
With a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as Marketing Manager in a related role in the B2B, you have shown an aptitude to propose solutions. The knowledge of the Travel and Expense management ecosystem is a plus.
Although a key member of multiple teams, you are also able to work independently.
You know how to liaise with and influence demanding clients at all levels and to create momentum on marketing projects. Thanks to your collaborative and versatile approach, you have the ability to drive actions and achieve results in fast, moving environments, leading both initiatives and projects to completion.
Oriented towards problem solving, you are able to build and analyze critical metrics.
You have excellent copywriting and communication skills in both French and English. High competence with Microsoft Office and Webinar tools is mandatory. Experience with SalesForce.com, and Sales/Marketing Automation systems is an asset.
