Field Marketing Manager

Are you passionate about marketing and interested in the wonderful world of travel? We’d love to speak to you if so! Egencia is seeking an expert Field Marketing Manager to join our APAC field marketing team.

What you’ll do:

You will have responsibility for Australia and New Zealand in-market activation strategy and plan execution. You will partner with the local commercial team members (sales and account management) to generate revenue, engage customers, and build brand awareness. Your responsibilities will be varied and include both strategy and execution.

You will be part of Egencia’s Field Marketing team reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager of APAC Field Marketing.

  • Drive Egencia’s marketing strategy and define the promotional marketing-mix for your territory. Plan, lead and execute various field marketing programs
  • Create and deliver incredible events to delight attendees, as well as build and influence pipeline
  • Run the production and distribution of collateral and swag for events
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance (leads and pipeline) against forecasts, uncover opportunities and assess effectiveness of programs
  • Gather and share market insights, vertical requirements and trends to inform our APAC go-to-market strategy
  • Track results against forecasted plan and present outcomes to the marketing and commercial teams
  • Develop creative approaches to engaging with prospects and customers. Hands on management and execution of a wide range of marketing programs and activities (webinar hosting, events, local email promotion, website update, local associations, etc.)
  • Partner with our sales leaders to teach, monitor and reinforce our lead handling processes and track which channels create pipeline conversion
  • Pull lists and create email sequences for sales development representatives to promote upcoming events, webinars and accelerate lead conversion
  • Proofread and ensure relevancy of all marketing materials (slides, website pages, case studies, blog articles, emails)
  • Communicate and execute campaigns to customers and prospects and produce content to web, direct marketing and social media
  • Work closely with the demand marketing and sales team on executing account-based marketing strategy and tactics
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with sales and account management, as well as local industry partners

Who you are:

We are looking for a forward-thinking and creative person with prior field marketing experience who is adaptable, dedicated, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment for a fast-growing business. Can you lead, prioritize and multi-task while handling multiple deadlines with a real passion for excellent execution and attention to detail?

You are a great communicator and have excellent skills in both verbal and written communication, capable of working independently and able to operate in a cross-functional environment.

  • 5+ years in field marketing with proven success in setting and executing strategy and feel comfortable running marketing budgets/resources
  • Strong sales process knowledge, understands how sales teams consume marketing leads, drive pipeline development and measure sales success
  • Full stack marketing experience in creating multi-channel, multi-medium campaign programs including webinars, direct mail programs and a variety of B2B events preferred
  • Metrics oriented manager with the ability to pull marketing and sales reports from Salesforce and Marketo, analyze data and report results
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems and working knowledge and experience of Marketo, Outreach and ZoomInfo preferred
  • Team oriented communicator who can diplomatically partner with coworkers and executives to achieve the best results for the company
  • Degree in marketing and experience marketing for B2B technology companies, preferably from the travel industry and/or SaaS
